Duluth-Superior is the only city that occupies 2 states. If one wishes to travel to a cold place, believe me, this is the place. In the winter times, it can get to -50 degrees along with the wind chill temperatures, and in the summer time, it is pretty cool and warm at around 80 degrees. It is a windy place because it lies around the famous Lake Superior and has mountainous terrain.
